Thomas M. Stickney

As Managing Partner of Stickney & Stickney, Thomas practices in many areas. These include:Business Formation, Planning & litigation, Estate Planning, Probate Administration & Litigation, Commercial & Residential Real Estate Transactions & Litigation, Private and Public Charitable formation & litigation. Thomas has been a lecturer on various topics for Supreme Court approved continuing legal education.

Thomas is certified to appear before the United States Tax Court, the United States Federal Court Northern District of Ohio, the United States Court of Appeals Sixth Circuit and the State Courts of Ohio.

Community Involvement

Thomas currently holds positions on the Boards of the following charitable organizations: The Library of St. Anthony Company, The Hermit Club, and The Language Abroad Institute. He also serves as President for the Western Reserve Society of the Sons of the American Revolution and as Deputy Governor General of the Ohio Society of the Order of Founders and Patriots of America. He is past President of the Lake Erie Nature and Science Center Supporting Foundation and past Trustee of The Music School Settlement.

Business Involvement

For the past twenty-six years, Thomas has served as a Director and Officer of Scranton-Averell, Inc. Thomas also serves as an Officer and Board Member for many other privately-held companies.
